Cupping is one of my favorite Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) modalities to receive! There’s nothing quite like the feeling of tension melting away as the cups work their magic, drawing out stagnation, releasing tight muscles, and promoting deep circulation. It always puts me into a zen state fast!

Cupping has been used for thousands of years to help with pain relief, detoxification, relaxation, and even immune support. By creating suction on the skin, it helps to move Qi and blood, break up stagnation, and bring fresh circulation to areas in need.
