I’m so glad you’re prioritizing your health! My schedule can fill up a few weeks in advance, so here are some tips to help you plan your treatments effectively.

Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine

My goal is to help you feel better as quickly as possible with as few treatments as needed. However, it may take a few sessions for your body to adjust, whether you're coming in for pain relief or internal medicine support.

For best results, I recommend starting with one session per week for three weeks. This helps reinforce the therapy in your body and allows time for recalibration. When booking, please schedule three sessions, each one week apart, to set yourself up for the best results.
Bioenergetic Intolerance Elimination (BIE)

Most clients need more than one session for lasting results (typically 2-4).

BIE treatments should be spaced at least two weeks apart to allow your body time to process and integrate the changes. When booking, please schedule two sessions, each two (or more) weeks apart, to set yourself up for the best results.
Waitlist & Cancellations
If my schedule is full and you'd like an earlier appointment, I offer a cancellation waitlist. First, book at least one session for a later date to secure your spot and then simply text me at 647-968-8308 with:
