Cancellation Policy

Running a small practice takes a lot of behind-the-scenes work that patients don’t always see. I manage everything myself—scheduling, administration, and patient care—doing it this way helps to keep treatment costs affordable. Because of this, last-minute cancellations are particularly difficult, as they leave me scrambling to fill the space and impact my ability to provide care to others.

Unlike salaried positions, my income comes solely from the appointments I provide. When a spot goes unfilled at the last minute, I don’t just lose time—I also lose income. To ensure the sustainability of my practice and fairness to all patients, I have the following cancellation policy:

-
Cancellations within 24-48 hours: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
-
Cancellations within 0-24 hours: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
-
No-shows (without cancellation): 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
I understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions will be made for severe weather, hospitalization, the passing of a close loved one, or an injury preventing mobility.

If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible. This allows me to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Your understanding and respect for my time and work are deeply appreciated.
